Exactly. Same with the asshole drivers who don’t clear their vehicle roofs of snow/ice. So annoying. I can’t remember where I heard this, but it was years ago. Not sure if it’s still in effect. You could get ticketed for not clearing the snow/ice off your vehicle roof. It’s dangerous, could come flying off and cause the accidents, injuries, death. And same for clearing the sidewalk/path in front of your home as well as business. Someone can come along, slip, fracture a hip or suffer concussion etc. So I absolutely agree with you. It would be common sense, so you might have to spend a few hundred to get someone to safely clear the snow from your roof. Rather do that than getting sued or facing arrest because on my negligence. |

I suppose it was an accident like they said. Still, that ice came so very close to taking out two people with one hit that it makes me wonder if it was timed with that intent. Still, I've lived in that climate and know building ice can be dangerous. We'll probably never know.

that other lady was smart... didn't look up or anything just got out of the killzone quickly... if she had stuck around and then gotten creamed by another piece of ice, then every comment would be about how stupid she was because she just saw what could happen, lol

Actually, towards the end of the video, you do see the woman looking up towards the sky as she walks away just in case there was any further ice.
