I'm so grateful I live in Australia where even in jail, this kind of inhumane disrespect would cause outrage. What shocks me most about these videos is the resigned acceptance of the victims to their fate. Admittedly they have mostly had any resistance or reaction beaten out of them prior to filming. I just pray I'm never born into one of these lawless regions.

Looked like he was already pretty fucked up so he would probably much rather lose a finger tip than get stabbed by the big one I'm thinkin' lol poor bastard I wonder if they ever got outta there.

Like a couple of others said, the resignation is a bit haunting. Of course knowing what will happen if he doesn't comply is obviously reason enough.
