The title of this upload derives from a remark by the commentator that: "a Chinaman ran over a cyclist". Why am I not surprised  .

Reading a Peruvian site I learned that the female cop told the bus driver to stop but he decided to avoid being given a ticket for the previous traffic violation (they don't mention what it was) and tried to escape, unfortunately the female transit cop's motorcycle was toppled by the bus as the driver sped away and she fell with the unfortunate result of having her right arm runover. I bet the female transit cop understands now that it really wasn't that important to be so persistent in her attempts to ticket the stupid bus driver, is she had let him go she'd still had her arm.  |
