Chinese Workers Electrocuted when Moving Scaffolding

You would think with the high mortality rate at the work place in China, that they'd be a tad more observant when moving scaffolding and such. That or stick with bamboo constructed design.  |

Jesus H Ling Ling, didn't they learn from that black and white video, where those four people get electrocuted when they pushed that tower into a bunch of transmission lines and only one got away ?
