Too dumb to use the crosswalk, it was only a couple feet away well too late for that one, I guess China doesn't have to worry about population control when you have people like that.

I’m pretty sure crossing a highway is not a legal walkway and he didnt even look and crossed last second. If the car even saw him, barely had time to even react
