Japan consistently produces some of the heaviest and most powerful martial artists in the world. Japanese rugby players are no pushover either. Yet go across to North Korea and the story is different. Because of lifestyle differences, one country is wealthy, the other isn't.

The idea that Orientals can not do strenuous activity because they have different genes is just fucking ridiculous. And you should know why Westerners don't live longer despite better medical care - because of all the shit we eat, and driving cars everywhere, and not doing exercise. This is well known and no doctor in their right mind would suggest otherwise. But you know better ? Seriously ?
