Re: China-Woman Jumps from Burning House
My sister was working at the 1000'+ John Hancock when 9-11 happened. I investigated escape devices then, one was a briefcase with 1000+ feet of steel wire, harness, mechanism to lower yourself, another was a special quick opening parachute. I would feel safer with the steel cable, but if a building is burning around and below you a chute might be safer. I wonder if anyone has deployed an emergency chute from a building on fire, and is there a video (China)?

Re: China-Woman Jumps from Burning House
Anyone here thinks this reminds them of the waving woman from one of the twin towers? It's so sad. Tofu dreg building for sure.
