Probably a left main with some nice V-fib induction...See how her chest didn't rise/fall from breathing? Only fibrillation will do that to you. At least it was quick...She probably lost consciousness 5 - 10 seconds into it...She didn't feel much for very long. Poor old gal! RIP!
