That was always one thing I was afraid of while wearing a helmet was my head getting caught and ripped off due to it. Definitely would've happened to me after a hit & run, but I didn't have a helmet and luckily didn't injure my head either. Just a sprained wrist and serious road rash. That was back in 2011 and was the only motorcycle I ever had. Fun while it lasted!
