We don’t want to get troubles, China laws always stand for weaker side no matter what happened. I live in China, and I wouldn’t do nothing either. We have no idea if that is a trap, just be wise! |

So I take it that Article 184 of the General Rules of Civil Law hasn't filtered down to the general population as of yet? It was passed in 2017, but given the previous jurisprudence, I can understand why people would still be unwilling to offer aid. |

Damn!! Guy drops dead in front of everyone & business as usual. Cashier keeps ringing stuff up. Guy with boxes keeps going. Not 1 person attempted to help or even call for assistance.
