Both are at fault. She had North American mentality and the truck apparently in china you don’t need to stop when you right turn lol. Very different traffic rules there.

The most interesting thing here is that the bus had a right side, rear facing camera ... never seen that before on DR or anywhere I can remember. It makes it crystal clear the events. The girl never even glanced to her left before transitioning from the safe sidewalk to the road ... the bus was open and obvious in her field of vision. Sad, but at least Darwin got it over with quick! |
