In a well-managed country, heavy construction equipment would be prohibited/limited there according to proper zoning. That is a downtown area, for fucking God's sake. And as I've always said, Russia, China, and any other such traffic-laws-backward countries (as much as I love Tchaikovsky), should fucking eliminate zebras (as much as I love African zebras—the animals). |
