Centrifugal force ejected the guy, even with a seatbelt on it wouldn't matter because the force was exerted from the side, a seatbelt only gives protection from a frontal crash.

THIS Best car crash audio yet on Documenting Reality. The tire squeal sounds, collision sound and horn really make this accident. Only things which would improve this video would be a person yelling "awww Frook" or "ho-lee Frook"! or the cars exploding in a fireball...
