Because he was a bastard. He had no reason to shoot the girl. But it seems that was his M.O. Because other victims report that the scum threatened to kill them even when the victims collaborated  |

The guy's head is still moving. I'm fairly sure it's just post-mortem nerves twitching, but hopefully, he had a few moments to feel the pain of being shot in the face!

Just read all the dad wrote. Apparently, the asshole DID live for a time, and was in the hospital where he eventually met his end. Man, if that had been my little girl, I would have donned some scrubs and pretended to be an orderly.......
