99% of me wants to kick the parents in the head. But then 1% of me remembers being the little shit who managed, as a 2 year old, to jimmy open a low window at my house, push a trike out it, and go riding down a busy suburban street...

small children like that have very flexible bones they can take a pretty good amount of stress before breaking a couple years older and that kid may have died but damn is that father a dip shit  |

I read somewhere that very young children have softer bones because they are still growing. This may have helped with no broken bones but the kid was still very lucky. |
