Let me put it so maybe even you can understand it. You're a retard. I don't blame you for being a retard because you don't choose your thoughts, your parents, your culture, your country, the time period in which you're born etc. But what matters is that we try to address the fact that you're currently a retard, thus if successful we can stop you spreading your retarded information and make the world ever so slightly better. And possible bonuses come in the form of you maybe some day understanding exactly why you were retarded and working towards eliminating whatever factors you may discover to prevent others suffering the same fate. Your thoughts are caused by events which you did not bring into being. I take peoples suffering very seriously, more seriously than you as you believe in the concept of free will, that someone controls what goes on inside their head, inside their brain, the chemical reactions and neurons firing inside their brain. All these things are cause and effect and as such I look for the causes to problem behaviours rather than just calling someone a "scum bag" and ignoring the causes and thus opportunity to prevent future victims being created. If you want your mob/law rule then you can only have that by ignoring the causes because you need to blame the person for the act. If you understand that things happen due to cause and effect and that our brains don't magically have something that can circumvent this then you will attempt to address the causes and prevent harm but that requires understanding, compassion, and intelligence, not anger and revenge. |
