They shoot the kids first to get others to stop and help. Then they have multiple targets to choose from. War is hell... the innocent get wasted more than the people fighting.

Fuck, if it is war anyone can be a target, how many times have they put explosives with children and women. Guess there's no back story, so we can not understand the situation. Who knows this kid could of had explosives in his wee lil backpack.

Disgusting that an innocent child had to die because of the fucked environment over there. Even more disgusting then seeing innocent children killed are the fucking religious fanatics over there saying "Allahu Akbar". There is nothing "God is Great" when an innocent child is murdered.
