Exactly...just target practice, and what does that really teach them about combat or any kind of useful training? It's probably really easy to shoot cuffed and terrified people with no ability to fight you or shoot you back. Alot of them looked like 50+ year old men. It’s the same idea of USMC boot. Stress them out, beat them up, starve them. At some point it’ll just feel natural, like these kids will feel about executing innocent people.
