It has far, far less to do with corruption, and almost everything to do with Democratic 'leadership' that allows this to continue.

Those red states that have high crime have high population blue cities that are the main contributors of those stats. When you have democratic politicians who go soft on crime, you create shithole cities. Doesn't matter if it's in a red or blue state.

This is so messed up. No one should have to worry about violence or crimes when walking in a city, like Chicago. This is a violent event that will have negative impacts on the community, and it is important that we value justice and non-violence as a society.
