I presume the Chicago allows it's non-police employees (field staff at least) to carry. That's great, and rather surprising. Carrying by staff in many cities is a fireable offense.

He could have just done that, and no one would have ever missed them. Find out who is next to dump a load, tell them you need to dump yours first, then help them dump their load, on top of yours. As if anyone ever snoops through the garbage loads. Then stop for a donut before you continue your route. |
