In Cercado da Lima, Peru, a 26-year-old Venezuelan, Chabber A.D.S., was shot multiple times at point-blank range whilst making bets at a gambling establishment. CCTV pictures showed three armed hitmen approach the store, shoot Chabber, before leaving without saying a word.

Chabber worked at a cell phone shop, and it is believed his murder is related to a settling of scores.

Pretty brazen shooters walking by with helmets off before turning around and coming back with them on and shooting the clueless victim. They get points for not causing any collateral damage. They should be caught soon with their posing for the CCTV glamour shots
