Yes. At the 0:40 you can see the girl with the backpack get the knife from her nearby friend in the crowd. At 0:46 you can see her strike out with it, lunging at the girl in the red sweater before getting tangled up with another combatant.

45 seconds later, you see the girl in the red sweater clutching her chest and crying out, then being helped by her friends as she fell to the ground. I suspect that with the melee and adrenaline and such, it is entirely possible that she didn't even realize she had been stabbed so badly for 30-60 seconds after the actual stabbing occurred.

But in any case, yes, I am 100% certain it was the girl in the backpack that stabbed her. Not only did more than 2 dozen Brazilian news sites corroborate this, but you can see it plain as day in the video itself.
