Some people are not sensitive to pain. Ask your dentist, he/she/it will tell you about people who can have their teeth drilled with no Novacaine. My dentist told me his wife is like that and never needed Novacaine, and that she was 'very philosophical' about pain. Bullshit, she just doesn't have any feelings (I didn't tell him that).

So, when you see stuff like this on DR, realize the victims might be total thoughtless / insensitive shit for brains and having their cocks chewed off by Petey the Pitbull is the only thing that gets their attention.
