Re: Cartel Execution: Guy Gets Shot in the Head
Wow! I'm amazed how the human body attempts to survive, heartbeat and all, for some length of time afterwards. As a medical professional in cardiology, we see death quite often. Over the years I have seen this sort of post mortem activity, especially in the heart, up to 30 minutes after a patient has died. Amazeballs. Thanks for the vid!

Better than having your face removed or extremities cut off while alive |

Re: Cartel Execution: Guy Gets Shot in the Head
Well, someone can be brain dead, meaning that most of the bodily functions are dead, but some do work, like the heart, lungs etc. As far as I know, the Brainstem is responsible for heart rate etc. Also the heart can work for a certain time on its own (pretty sure there is a video of a beating, or at least "twitching" heart" on a street after a crash). |
