What the fuck!? Accident or not, I don't see the difference in a court.. You pointed the gun at him CLEARLY, so CLEARLY you are guilty. Accident or not, its irrelevant.. Funny how he playfully pointed the gun at him and had pretty good aim to shoot him straight in the head... Some people cant even do that when they are trying to shoot someone..
