His reaction after the shot could also be seen as a "teeheehee!" moment. Looks a bit more like a planned murder that was framed as an accident

shocked? I don't see why he'd be shocked.. he pointed a pistol at a person and pulled the trigger.. it doesn't take extensive training to know what happens next.. but i will concede that he was scared.. considering he should be executed for that crime.
