probably manslaughter I would think...accidental death due to negligence...assuming she wasn't breaking any traffic laws...even then it could still count for something

my brother in law here in the good old ole u s of a was run over by a semi truck by a driver who had a suspended license and was driving commercially at the time. he was not charged with anything only given a sobriety test and let go. that technically is manslaughter with neglegence since suspended license but the cops just said hey its only suspended for child support. so it doesnt matter if any laws are broken here in the USA. only matters how,who,or why they were broken. i would assume in other countries its far more lenient than this
