Neighbours reported a fire breaking out at an apartment building. After firemen responded and doused the flames, the carbonized body of a man was found amidst the wreckage.

Blood was found in the apartment's bathtub. It is conjectured that the man may have been suicidal and cut his wrists, before deliberately setting himself alight.

Apologies for the watermarks, as usual with Russia, but the video quality and close-ups make up for it in my opinion.
