If you are referring to bribery, yes I get the point. Corruption is rife. Technically, however, you can't legally "buy" your license (without passing a test), at least not in the parts of the PI with which I am familiar.

The other guy had both his feet on the bumper and got rolled. His one leg sticking out to the side and then rolled again as the suv takes off. Interesting to see reaction of the guy in the middle, he was knocked down as well, but he just jumped right up. |

The part that gets me is that second acceleration after the initial mowing. No idea why she wanted to carmageddon that white car so badly.

White jacket guy got bent like a pretzel and disappeared, must have been dragged away under the SUV. Didn't look too good, he had his legs up and some of the jumps of the SUV might have been him being crushed.
