Doesnt look like he swerved on purpose, the car hit the grass verge so its just natural to try and avoid that. The car then pulls over to the grass verge also so they would have got the driver guilty or not.

At first it looked 100% intentional to me, but I think the curb is what steered the car back towards them... That is one reliable motor to be laying on its side that long revving like that! Worst part is theres only a short segment of curb, right in the worst place possible! Final Destination shit right there! |
