Looks like murder to me, but I am not a Brapzillian lawyer/law enforcement. The car didn't just try to pass on the shoulder, the car swerved into the motorcycle to push him into the truck. Probably was road rage or (less likely) a pre-meditated hit. An old assassination instruction book showed you could drive a car off a bridge by hitting it with a larger vehicle. It said "driver remains silent, worst charge in most countries is manslaughter" |
