Car Fatally Hits Pensioner on His Bike
russia. A 35-year-old driver of a Hyundai hit a 67-year-old cyclist who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing having a red light without dismounting from his bicycle. Unfortunately, as a result of the collision, the cyclist died at the scene. The circumstances of the incident are currently under investigation.   |

Not saying who's at fault but certainly shouldn't be driving that fast with visibility as low as that. The bike appeared out of nowhere. |

I think the car had the green light...though it's hard to tell because it looks like he fried a pound of bacon beneath the dash cam before his commute.
