An Ecuadorian man was driving his car when he was intercepted by two individuals traveling on a motorcycle. The attackers fired several shots directly at the driver, who attempted to escape by exiting his vehicle. Despite this effort to escape, the injuries he sustained proved fatal, and the young man died at the scene.

Police confirmed that the victim was an Ecuadorian citizen who had lived in Peru for two years and according to information provided by the family, S. worked as a barber in the country. Relatives arrived at the crime scene, although they declined to comment on any prior threats or personal conflicts related to the deceased.

As part of the initial investigation, officers are investigating images captured by security cameras installed in the surrounding area. The footage is being reviewed for clues that may help identify those responsible and determine the escape route used after the attack.
