I’m just impressed at how slow that was and the scooter rider had zero self-preservation instincts. In the time it took him to roll under the cement truck, the guy who opened the door was able to get out and walk around the scooter and witness the head pop like a melon at a Gallagher show. He could have bailed from that scooter in literally any other way and would have been fine. If you can’t control a fall at one mile per hour maybe this is for the best.
