It IS his LUNG. The problem with this injury is that he's missing a BIG chunk of his chest wall. He's going to need some type of Mesh and skin grafts to create an air tight seal so his lung can be re-expanded. With out rib structure, every time he takes a breath the missing part of his chest wall will collapse in when covered. Prognosis....poor. Don't even get me stared on the raging infections he's going to have. |

Truly the most incredible video that I've seen in awhile. I would love to hear that he survived but, I'm guessing he probably didn't. Wow!
