It was not some Israeli forces attack (it didn't even happen in Palestine), it was not a suicide bomber that they forgot to disarm the bomb wrapped to: it was a car bomb set up by Syrian Security forces that went off as the procession passed a mosque in Zamalka, Syria. Islamic burial rituals include bathing and enshrouding the deceased, it's extremely unlikely that everybody during the ritual would "forget" about the bomb.
