To me, it looks like the truck rolled over and the SUV just happened to be in the way and got flattened. The momentum of the truck kept it from landing on top of it, but stopped the SUV in its tracks. Just my guess.

I'd say the lorry was travelling at excess speeds round that top curve, toppled over squashing the car and its inhabitants then proceeded to slide further down the road.
