Such a great video ruined by morons who don't know how to share videos between phones. Unbelievable that they can't even hold the phone correctly.... that doesn't require any brains.... just normal coordination.   |

It's because the majority of car accident related deaths occur in the poorest countries. At least 80% of car accident deaths worldwide happen in underdeveloped countries. Countries without money to spend have unsafe roads, unsafe drivers related to a lack of enforcement and probably unsafe cars. If you can barely afford food and rent, then you probably won't have enough money for new tires to replace your bald ones.
