Captain & Female MP Torture Woman by Trying to Suffocate Her Using Plastic Bag
The Mexican Ministry of National Defense acknowledged a case of torture that is broadcast in a video through social networks, where two of its troops torture a female civilian on February 4, 2015 in the municipality of Ajuchitlán del Progreso, Guerrero. Through a press release, Sedena reports that it learned about this case on December 10, 2015, from the actions shown in the video, immediately ordered the Military Public Prosecutor Agent to gather evidence to exercise legal action against the personnel involved. On January 4, 2016, a preliminary investigation was made and the preliminary inquiry was made to the Attorney General's Office, so that, within the scope of its jurisdiction, it could determine responsibility for civil damages. On January 5, 2016, the Attorney General's Office of Military Justice completed the arrest warrant for a Captain and a Military Police Soldier as alleged perpetrators of the crime of disobedience. The officer and the soldier are interned in the military prison and charged with crimes of military order, having been issued a formal arrest warrant on January 11, 2016. |

for what i could hear in the video she ddnt knew the mentioned maria,but the video ended with her still in handcuffs and the agent that was asking the qs said "do u want aguita or toke "but dnt know what that means since is a different slang of the spanish i know
