Crato, Ceará, Brazil A 29-year-old snack bar employee, Ícaro d.O.N., was preparing a sandwich in the establishment's kitchen when a man approached the kitchen door, pulled out a gun, and fired three shots, striking Ícaro in the back. After being hit, the victim fell and remained conscious for a few moments, but died at the scene. The shooter fled with an accomplice on a motorcycle. |

I think it's a play on the "5 second rule" which is if food is dropped on the floor, it is good to pick up and eat if it's been less than 5 seconds.

Food dropped onto the floor may only be retrieved and sold to a customer for 4:59. Once it has sat there for five full hours, it must be considered a free sample and no money may be exchanged for it.
