that actually is pretty bad considering Ottawa is only 100k people... 1+ homicide for every 100k compared to Chicago 2.6 million and almost 500 homicides.  |

Thanks v1r for this, I didn't think my hometown would make it on here, let alone this video... It's a shame for me to say, but this doesn't surprise me. The poorest parts of the city tend to raise 2nd class people by default. Instead of people trying to break up the fight, they just film and further escalate the problem. That being said, I guess not many people *could* intervene if they wanted as this happened downstairs when you first enter St. Laurent mall from the upper Transitway platform, at the station.
