I'm a lower mainland local, too. I work with a woman who told me today she knows the wife of the victim, who unfortunately watched it all happen. She told me the guy was alledgedly either vaping inside the store or just outside the door. Being with his child, he said something. Altercation ensued and well, what we see here. Our law system is a joke and buddy will be out on bail soon enough and better watch his back from what I hear. |
