LiveLeak isn't worth shit period. They've had problems with their vids for years now, and keep saying "We're working on it".

Probably why some many folks from there have come here.

A man was charged with first-degree murder, just one week later:
Man Charged In Teen's Shooting Death Outside Store

According to court records, White exchanged glances with Couch and some of his friends prior to the shooting as they were outside the store in separate cars. About 40 minutes later, Couch and his two friends went back into the store to buy cigarettes.

White then came back to the store in the same car and just as Couch was trying to leave in the car, White blocked the car Couch was in, got out of the car and took out a silver handgun, court records said.

Couch approached White and said "You know that s*** you said earlier." He then began shooting at Couch, who got out of the car and fell to the ground. White then went up to Couch, who was already on the ground, and shot him again, court records indicated.

A store surveillance video that captured the incident and interviews with witnesses led police to White, who fled on foot when police arrived at his home to arrest him, the release said. He was taken into custody following a short foot chase.
