Cambodia - Man Who Shot His Wife then Himself
At around 8.30pm on 13th December 2018 in Kompong Thom province, 47 year old H.S. shot his wife, 37 year old S.P., dead (due to jealousy) + then he turned the gun on himself.

I can't comment on the act because there's not enough info yet....but I can say that I was totally surprised at the setting after reading in the title that it took place in Cambodia...
