I would be afraid to be a cop at that scene, those people are so degenerate that shooting could start again at any moment. I would seriously put at least half the cops on over watch with shotguns or ARs while the other half pretend to do first aid and victim transport...

A mass shooting implies one or more gunmen shooting at unarmed civilians... a turkey shoot.
