Cab Driver Mangled Death After 3 Vehicle Collision
A pickup truck descended at full speed in Ecudaor yesterday morning hitting two other vehicles. One was a taxi and the taxi driver died at the scene.

Horn is the car's swansong, perhaps like people who laugh when they get hurt real bad. I had a 1974 Ford Maverick that sounded exactly like that as 12 foot flames destroyed it from an electrical short, it died like Christine but even more impressively with the hellish horn blaring. There were about half a dozen retired people who showed up to watch it burn even before the fire truck. I asked them, "did you see the huge smoke plume and follow it here?" "No" they said, "we heard about it on our police scanners!" This was about 1985.
