Businessman Shot and Killed when Arriving at His Office
India, Lucknow. When 40-year-old (other sources mention 43) real estate businessman, S.S, was brought to his office by his personal driver, he was shot and killed by a masked hitman that arrived on a bike. He was answering a phone call at the time and collapsed on the street. He was hit in the head and chest. His personal driver, Bipin K. rushed him, all bleeding, to the ER. Despite being on a ventilator and receiving emergency treatment, doctors were unable to save him due to the critical nature of the gunshot wounds. The shooter hopped onto a waiting motorcycle driven by an accomplice and both fled the scene while brandishing their weapons. A murder case has been officially registered following a formal complaint filed by the victim’s wife, Preeti. Investigators are heavily focused on his financial transactions and property listings in the Kalli West / Kalli Paschim area. The prime working motive is a high-stakes business rivalry over a disputed piece of land, which is a frequent source of conflict among property dealers in the developing outskirts of Lucknow. |
