Businessman Executed Over a Debt of R $ 700
The businessman J B C, 34, was executed with a shot in the chest to collect a debt of R $ 700. A video caught the moment that the man is hit during a discussion in a farm in the Antônio Conselheiro Settlement, in Barra do Bugres (170 km from Cuiabá). According to the Civil Police, J allegedly went to the site to collect a debt. In a video obtained by Olhar Direto , it is possible to see a discussion between the victim and another boy. At one point, J is shot and falls to the ground. The businessman was taken to an emergency department, but because of his health, he had to be transferred to the Municipal Hospital of Cuiabá (HMC). The Civil Police of Barra do Bugres investigates the case. |

Ok I put this up on my 60" and paused frame by frame and I just can’t see who has the gun, or where the muzzle flash is. Can someone help me out on who shot this guy

Agreed, although his right arm is hidden for all of the good footage, you can catch a glimpse of the firearm right towards the end before the panic ensues.

Would anyone care to translate? I think he was giving him a recipe for some really tasty goulash, but I can't tell if he said to add more chili powder or gun powder at the end?
