killer wasn't that professional. gun safety should have been off as he took it out, before anybody else gets a glimpse of it. a more watchful passenger could have kicked him off the bus before he clicked the safety off.

This was definitely a contract killing. Looks like it happened in the Philippines where you can hire cheap gunmen.
