RTO has given so much permits in the route that each bus is running in the gap of several seconds. If one of them is running late, then they won't be able to pickup the passengers in the next stop since time keepers arranged by the bus union won't allow them. So, the drivers are compelled to keep up the time for each stops.

This was a combination of a reckless bus driver driving way too fast, and a woman not carefully looking BEFORE walking into the street.
